CraftlyTech agrees to provide services in web and app development, tailored design, database management, cloud services and testing & quality assurance as outlined in the project proposal.
The scope of work, timelines, and deliverables will be detailed in the project proposal or contract.
The client agrees to provide all necessary materials, content, and information required for the project in a timely manner.
Client acknowledges that delays in providing necessary materials may impact project timelines.
An 40% payment is required before the commencement of any project.The remaining 60% balance is due upon confirmation of the website design.
If the client chooses to cancel the project after the 1 week of commenced, the client loses the right to regain the non-refundable deposit. In the event of project cancellation, CraftlyTech retains ownership of all work completed.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client will own the rights to the website design and related materials.
CraftlyTech and its founder retains the right to use the completed project for any promotional purposes online or offline on any channel.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed deliverables may be subject to additional charges.
Additional Request in services beyond the agreed deliverables may also be subject to additional charges and increase in timeline.
CraftlyTech will make every effort to complete the project within the agreed-upon timeline.
Delays caused by the client to go longer than the project deadline may include recompensation for the delay from the clients side.
Both parties agree to respond on a communication platform for information in a timely manner.
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if the other party breaches any material term or condition.
CraftlyTech is not liable for any loss, damage, or cost incurred by the client as a result of the use of the website or any errors or omissions in the final product.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. CraftlyTech reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the client's responsibility to check for updates.
